My customer had had a mild disagreement with the main air bleed in his K4 CB750 carburetor, even breaking a drill bit off inside it.  I removed the original air bleed.

I then machined up a new one to the original dimensions, including the counterbore and of course the 0.060" diameter hole, and pressed it into place.  He was happy.
